Our core foundational conscious value is Oneness and we directly experience it in business. Our relationship to business partners, clients, vendors and co-workers reflect our belief that we are all one, it shows up everywhere.

In each issue of ONE, we are going to explore one conscious value with you. A part of our purpose is to raise awareness about our values - these values are key attributes to the new movement of Conscious Commerce.

Our greatest challenge in economics today is the challenge of disunity.

Conscious Commerce is based in oneness, we embrace this truth because it resonates within the soul of our business. If every business operated knowing that we are all one, there would be a lot less greed and corruption going on. What is oneness?

    * recognizing that we are all one
    * embracing an unlimited number of ways to experience oneness
    * experiencing the diversity in oneness
    * collective consciousness - group power
    * sharing resources and opportunities in an equitable way
    * inclusion
    * oneness is a way, not the only way or a better way

What oneness is not:

    * exclusion
    * only one way or approach
    * power over people and resources
    * disunity
